World Kindness Day was Monday, November 13th. With the holidays right around the corner it is the perfect time to remind us of all to spread a little extra kindness in the world. There is plenty you can do for yourself, your family, and colleagues to be kind and spread a little more kindness. Take this opportunity to be thankful and consider actively thank the people that mean the most to you in your life. You can send them a text, a card, give them a phone call. Moreover, consider giving flowers or treating them to a meal. Even though World Kindness day has past it is a great reminder to be kind to yourself and those around you. Especially, during the holidays many of us many feel extra levels of stress so it is exceptionally important to be kind to yourself and those around you.
